feeling rather down due to my combat shoot and ippt..i didn't get marksman and gold for ippt..its indeed true that one need regular practices inorder to obtain good results..came in 2nd during the 2.4km run..but timming was 10.10mins..my 2nd worst record since i enlisted in mar05(my worst timming was 13+mins in bmt)..i need to buck up in my physical training..

meetup with aina in the evening at tampines's starbucks..quite a long time since our last kopi session back in tp..its kind of nice to see my friend once again..as usual she look so stylish in her black outfit..and both of us were so looking forward to visit bangkok for shopping spree..kez..too bad forgotten to take pixs..but i went thru my folder and found a pix taken 2 years ago..and i look 'weird' uh?
