Singapore did it again.. after securing a slot in formula one calendar with the world first-ever night street circuit race which will debut this september.. today, at 7pm(Singapore Time), the IOC President Jacques Rogge announced via a television broadcast that Singapore will host the 1st Summer Youth Olympic Games in 2010.
