well.. to mark the 'comeback' of this silly boy, i shall recap what has been happening for the past weeks..

remember i did mentioned af have a gathering at reuben's place? yup, we make the house visit to his 600k semi-detach at tanah merah. and his family including him were just back from europe trip. i am damn envious lah!
his dinning area has these full length mirrors which i like it so much! pictures!
reuben bought alot of nice postcards from all the different countries he visited. but we got none!
we took erm.. only these few photos..
i was pondering whether should i post the next picture. but i decided to go ahead. for the sake of fun.

we had all the fun with piggycole missing it. poor girl! ibm sucks right?
we made our move as reuben was having family dinner later the night at some restaurant. and we decided to go...
T3!!
the gers were having a hard time choosing what to have for dinner.
and we begin our search for the restaurant in the BIG airport.
there was a longgg queue outside the entrance. and what is the best thing to do? cam-whore!
this cj branch sits directly above the main departure gate of T3, embracing this superb view of the departure hall.
how can we not tour around the magnificent T3 after our meal.

nicole and me were rather excited as it was the official introduction of rachel's fiance, dilong to us. dinner was at shokudo, wait a minute, its not the shokudo bazaar at raffles city basement. the shokudo i am referring is located at citylink mall, near the adidas shop. as the name has suggest, this outlet is also part of the 'shokudo family', but unlike its sister restaurant, it serve only pasta.
food was not very fantastic, neither was it bad. maybe the only thing that attract me is the pastel colour tone of the interior, which give me a cosy feeling.
despite its our first encounter or his first invasion into af, the atmosphere was generally good. i foresee more interaction sessions in time to come. =)
nicole and i move on to marina sq and we spotted marc & chunting together inside muji! we decided to act like paparazzi and start snapping their pictures.
i brought nicole to novus bar at national museum for drinks. there was this huge statue of david on exhibition.
for those wondering how we obtained the following images difference, simply manually adjust the aperture of the camera.
and its was 3 in the morning so that i could have the chance to go inside the female loo to snap this stupid picture.
we sup dim sum. and they taste so not yummy.
next, we lasalle-ed at their city campus. i took a look at the time of this picture before puting up.. 5.40am!! we were really damn crazy!
eventually we roamed further down to shop at mustafa before heading home. no photos to prove as we were too shag to take any. haha..

i was in town with alex n lawrence. i wanted to get something from topman but they dun have my size. sian-ed. end up having supper at maxwell hawker. we walked past a familiar signboard.
it was the same signboard we posed at ealier the year. we were quite lame uh? haha..2008/04/25
i managed to secure xuanyi for shopping the very next day after she resigned. woohoo!! the poor ger has been slaving almost every single weekdays. haha. and its so rare that you will get to see her in orchard on a friday afternoon! we bought some many things. but guess what? all we got was food!

i was shopping with nicole at raffles city. as we were feeling hungry, we went to basement and something caught our attention...
the $2 signboard was too huge to be miss. we queue and place our order. ok, it was not $2 lah. we have to buy their coffee to go along. but its was not ex anyway..
so we sat down and eat, it tasted something similar to subway, but the bread was rather hard to bite. i would recommend u to go for their coffee. and visit their another branch at market st instead.

ikea send me an invitation for their '30 something birthday' sale preview. so i spend my may day aka labour day at ikea tampines.

i think i deserve the super-ikea-friends membership. i am back at ikea immediately on the following day. but this time its with xueying. as we meet around late afternoon, we were just in time for high-tea session at ikea cafe.
the chocolate mousse was my all-time favourite!

another shopping trip, but an empty-handed one. and little did i know that international building[for those who have no idea where its located, its beside isetan scotts] has a couple of good restaurants hidden inside. our pick of that evening was the rice table.
food was good, they served delicious grill chicken and taohu goring. the ambience was even better. i will sure be back for second serving. =P

its was my first visit to the vet. xueying's kiki was sick. poor thing, it has been losing control of her bladder for days and xueying was so worried that kiki might have gotten some old-aged diseases. after consulting the doctor, kiki was found to be down with some minor bladder infection. i could sense the relief on xueying's face. =)
we brought kiki to see this clinic at katong.
for once, i will say kiki do look kinda cute in the pictures.
i was amused by pet diaper. so corny right?2008/05/09
i caught up with daphne & kokyong on friday night at ehub. it was already my 3rd visit to ehub. for those who have absolutely no idea, downtown east has this spanking new entertainment complex sitting at the original location of the defunct-bowling centre. not much of shopping, but there is plenty of f&b around. go yahoo! on ehub if u want to find out more.

after mia-ing from my pentax for 2 whole months.. liwen is back!
i could see that she is having those saggy eyebags from the mugging sessions. we settled our dinner at pasta mania, and i still dun like their pasta, dun bother to ask me why, it just sucks! and she brought so much beauty care at the face shop lah, as if she is those good

i was out shopping by myself in the evening. yesh! i do shop alone, nothing fantastic or surprising about. shopping without anyone along actually does have its advantage, e.g, u need not to go into shops which u dislike or worse, detest.
i sup with nicole after her class. since we were lazy to walk afar, we chose café cartel and order this very sinful chocolate brownie, but it taste great! haha..
according to my trustworthy organizer, there are events scheduled for these few days. so stay tune for more updates.
i promise it will be juicier! =)
