yes, today at 5pm marked d end of sg's second free-to-air tv station---sph mediaworks. sph(mother company of sph mediaworks & tv channel u & i) & mediacorp(mother company of tv channel 5, 8, 12, cna & tvmobile) has signed an agreement to setup a new tv company called mediacorp tv holdings pte ltd, whr 80 percent owned by mediacorp and 20 per cent by sph. haiz, y lyk tat de. 4yrs ago, tot finally got a chance to choose beside d "old & boring" ch 8 but now it seem everyting is back to sq 1. d moment i heard d news, i reali feel damn vexed, mayb i reacted too much, but it is lyk tking a big step backwards in d media biz. w/o competition, u r unlykly to be able to watch creative n fun show, eg, snap, d next big thing, ready,steady,go.... on ch u. mayb i sound bias, but tat is wat i tot mah. hmm... wil i get to see haijie reading news on ch u at 10pm? wil i get to c tos new faces signed by ch u appearing on tv? haiz, juz feeling damn low w d move made by d 2 media giants in sg. hope thier action proved to b rite n may more creative shows appearing on scene in future. links to d consolidate r provided sph news 1 | sph news 2 | straitstimes online | cna news

find eatin & shopin 2 b 1 of d best tings to do in life. ha, at least dey dun make u feel sad(but u muz haf d $$ lah). ate pig organ soup(yumyum, one of my fav soup~ blahxxx)n yang tau foo w mum n sis, xl at d newly renovated foodpt at wsd den went to sportlink n helped xl to choose a pair of shoes for her cca, netball. ended up buying a pair of new arrival nike womens' cross-training shoes, a blue nike sport water-bottle & a pair of ankle socks for her. me leh? not much, juz a pair of blue avia basketball shorts & 3 pairs of white ankle socks.
