damn it. shld not hav went to fmv tat day. today wake up w a headache which almost can 'kill' me. did d 1st 5bx @cnb.

here cum d real 'killing' portion. d soc was lyk hell as compare to bmt. did lyk a total of 400m rundown x6times + clearing of last 6 obstacles for 3times. tired arh~ tml morning stil got soc & it will continue for d xt 3 wks for every single day. but lucki, tis wed gt nite out, looking forward to it. mayb go c mo tml. ciaoz~
